Upgrade your Money Mindset with Dr Sarah Bryan

Upgrade your Money Mindset with Dr Sarah Bryan

14 November 2022, 19.00 – 21.00

Zoom

In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore your relationship with money, what it is and what it is not.

Why do you work as a therapist: for love, money or both?

Do you believe that you can’t, or shouldn’t earn good money working as a therapist?

Do you have deep-seated beliefs about money from your childhood which hold you back from charging what you are worth?

Do you spend a lot of time on your clients beyond what they have paid you for and then end up resenting it?

What would it mean if you could add more value and charge more for your services: for yourself, your clients, your family?

If these questions strike a chord, or even make you feel a bit uncomfortable, come along and find out more.

After this workshop, you will:

  • Be enlightened as to your positive and negative attitudes towards money
  • Have some practical tools to help you monitor and change your attitude to money
  • Be able to reassess your value and pricing structure within your business

You will probably find that this is a tip of an unexpectedly large iceberg, so you may wish to reach out to me for further support and guidance afterwards.

You will need to bring

  • An amount of cash which feels challenging and uncomfortable for you to carry on your person. The more it is, the more you will benefit from the exercise. Of course, be safe and keep enough in your account to cover any outgoing payments!
  • Pen and paper to make notes

An open mind and a willingness to share your experiences in a safe, non-judgemental space

  • Water to keep you hydrated and your brain working!

*A box of tissues on hand, just in case a few emotions come to the surface!

* Space to move around, sit on a chair and sit on the floor.
