Booking policy for workshops:

Unfortunately due to a few none attendances at events we have to request all future workshop & CPD bookings are secured with payment in full 3 weeks prior to the event. This will help us to improve service and ensure that anyone with a genuine interest to attend or take part is given the opportunity to do so. We hope you understand our need to implement this new booking policy and appreciate your support as always. Cancellations of less than 48 hours notice may not qualify for refunds.
