Join us for a 4hour Table Thai Workshop with Clara Pelica of Sutta Thai Massage. Clara is a Thai Massage teacher, practitioner and affiliate teacher to TMC Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai. In this intensive Clara will share her passion for this ancient healing art form from the land of smiles.

Table Thai Massage brings the incredible benefits of Thai Massage to the comforts of a massage table. In this short intensive workshop we'll explore some of the key elements and techniques of Thai Massage. This is an invaluable introduction for those wishing to learn more or begin studying Thai Massage with Clara.

Massage therapists used to traditional table massage will learn techniques for reducing injuries to hands and wrists by learning to use elbows, forearms, feet and other parts of their body. Those used to Thai Massage on a mat will save their knees and learn a style of massage developed for greater comfort and maximum benefit.
