An informal, but highly useful gathering kicks off our 2019-20 year.

The plan is to spend time upskilling on things we don't normally have time to do and together with colleagues.

One idea is to use the book 'Trail Guide to the Body: How to Locate Muscules, Bones and More' to get some serious (or not so serious) palpating and identifying going on.

Another is to swap techniques, either as a requester or bestower or both!

If you've missed a workshop in 2018-19, this could be your opportunity to catch up with what others have learnt.

Come along with your an idea of what you want from the morning, your copy of 'Trail Guide...' if you have one or, if you have neither, just an open mind to learning.

There will be a bring and share lunch, followed by massage swaps for those who are staying.
