Felicity Jackson

Hello. My name is Felicity Jackson and I’m a Level 5 Sports & Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist in Sheffield specialising in the treatment of musculoskeletal chronic pain. I am also qualified in holistic therapeutic massage and offer a range of relaxation massage treatments including hot stone massage. I am fully insured with Balens, and have studied extensively with the Sheffield Centre for Massage Training and the Jing Institute of Massage in Brighton. ?I am registered with the Massage Training Institute and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

Cultivating meaningful connection with my clients has always been at the heart of my practice, as has my commitment to learning different ways of assisting the body in the healing process. Discovering the Jing Institute of Massage and taking their professional course in Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy has not only given me the practical tools I need to help people in pain, but has also provided me with a deeper understanding of the psychological and social factors which may be contributing to and perpetuating a person's pain.

By combining effective massage treatment with the formation of a therapeutic alliance which seeks to pinpoint and unravel the psychological and social factors which may also be involved in a person's pain, I work in collaboration with my clients to provide treatment which is specific to their needs and centred around achieving the best possible outcome, whatever that may be. You can find me on Fridays at Soul Fire Studios and on Saturdays at Fiveways Therapy Centre in Sheffield. My pronouns are she/her and Be Kind Unwind is a welcoming space and LGBTQ+ friendly.
