It can be hard to know how to treat the symptoms associated with Long Covid as there is still so much we don’t know yet.

Symptoms are like those of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which can be very debilitating making it hard for people to work or participate in everyday activities.

However, there are treatment approaches which can support these clients’ reducing stress and anxiety, aiding sleep, and promoting wellness.

This workshop offers whole-body practical applications drawn from current research and science that will help address the physical and emotional symptoms experienced by individuals diagnosed with Long Covid.

You will learn soft tissue approaches for the thoracic area, face and cranium in this workshops that you can use immediately in your clinical practice. Workshop manual provided.
