The aim of this session is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of participants by demonstrating several different, simple and soothing self-help relaxation techniques to use in times of overwhelm, stress and anxiety. The nature of these techniques are such that you could use them purely for yourself or with your clients.

These calming body-based techniques can empower people to feel they are able to take action to settle themselves when feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
