This workshop will dive into the world of inflammation and how our diet and lifestyle can contribute to and reduce inflammtion. Most chronic conditions come with an element of inflammation. Understanding how inflammation works and the contributing factors in our diet and lifestyle, can be incredibly important in helping our clients to take control of their health. Add to this essential anti-inflammatory nutrition, lifestyle practices and supplements we will take a full 360 ° look at inflammation in chronic disease and how to help reduce it.

Susie Willsher

Susie Willsher is a fully qualified nutritional therapist with a BSc (Hons) in nutritional therapy. She is a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

Susie has been in clinical practice for 14 years and specialises in gut health and chronic complex conditions. She is has also worked in other areas including writing scientific papers for supplement companies, corporate nutrition and blog writing as well as providing talks and lectures for the health industry and the public. Her additional knowledge in, and experience of, scientific research, health products, cooking and fitness helps to provide her patients and business clients with the most up to date, wholistic, science based guidance and advice.
