Chloe Scholefield

I completed my training in Holistic Massage and Bodywork (Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology) at the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork in 2006.
I have participates in regular continued professional development to advance my skills and have taken further training in seated/chair massage and spiritual anatomy and healing.
I was a volunteer massage practitioner for 3 years at The Terrence Higgins Trust and have also worked in mental health for many years, receiving training in active listening, mindfulness for wellbeing and mental health first aid.
I am fully insured and an accredited member of the Massage Training Institute.
As a women-only massage practitioner, my aim is to work with clients to reach a deeper sense of wellbeing by reducing tension leading to a deeper awareness of what the body/mind is needing and enabling whatever arises, both emotionally and physically, to be acknowledged and worked with.
I have worked with a wide range of women, however my more in depth experience is with those with anxiety and I believe massage is a great starting point for gently understanding, facing and starting to release whatever is triggering these anxieties.
