I started my massage journey wanting to improve mental health and wellbeing through massage and then I realised just how much mind and body intertwine.
Human touch is a powerful tool in physical and psychological healing and I am keen to bring massage to the people who might find it more difficult to travel to a therapist, because of physical illness, mobility or mental health difficulties and am equipped to visit you in your own home as necessary. Everyone deserves a massage.
I trained with Vicky Gaughan in Sheffield. I work intuitively and my treatments incorporate a wide range of techniques.
I also have Pregnancy and Deep Tissue massage qualifications.
