Whether you want to make long term lifestyle changes or just want some time to relax, massage can benefit you. Regular treatments can promote well-being in both body and mind, as well as alleviating the symptoms of muscle or joint pain. I treat every client I see as an individual, and work with them to establish the most beneficial treatment for them. I have over 10 years of experience as a massage therapist, and have worked in a wide range of settings, including offices, events and festivals both in the UK and abroad. My training includes Holistic Massage, Deep Tissue, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki and Pregnancy Massage, and I am constantly refreshing and expanding my skills to provide as much as I can for each client.

I also teach meditation classes for different levels, and can provide one-to-one meditation support. My 30 minute online classes are easy to fit into your day, and will help you to keep up a regular practice, particularly if you are a beginner.

I have a particular focus on massage and meditation for Fertility and Menstrual Cycle support.
