Hi there, I'm Sarah.

I am a holistic/ deep tissue massage therapist based in Clifton, Bristol. I also offer Reiki and light language energy healing.

I grew up in Bristol and recently returned to this vibrant city after spending the past 5 years travelling— most recently living in Canada.

I have always been interested in health and wellness. I am completely fascinated by our bodies innate intelligence and ability to heal. For the past 7 years I have been on my own healing journey; exploring yoga, Reiki, meditation and other alternative practices.

I live a very active lifestyle, with yoga, snowboarding, weight-training and cycling being an important part of my life. As a result of the wear and tear on my body, I have regularly invested in massage therapies. Through this, I’ve experienced improved mental health, a greater sense of embodiment and a boost to my overall well-being. This sparked my interest in becoming a therapist and wanting to help share the amazing benefits with others.

I am a certified Reiki Master and incorporate channeled light language in my energy healing, tapping into the bodies subtle energy systems. I have a Level 4 Diploma in massage from the highly regarded Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork. I am a member of the MTI (Massage Training Institute).

I am currently studying Holistic Voice Therapy at BAST (British Academy of Sound Therapy). Exploring the healing power of sound, voice and vocal processing techniques as a therapeutic tool.
