I am an intuitive and professional massage therapist that will tailor your massage to meet your needs. I work in a way that is inclusive, adaptive and trauma informed. A treatment with me will be a safe space for you to let go and feel taken care of.

I qualified in 2018 at Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork with a Level 4 qualification in holistic massage. I use a range of techniques for soft tissue release and mobilisation. This encourages deep relaxation and postural alignment, relives stress and anxiety and improves mobility. Ultimately this will help you move and use your body more effectively and to feel more connected to yourself. It can help with management of chronic aches and pain particularly congested areas such as lower back, neck and shoulders. Relaxing massage can be particularly beneficial in and calming the nervous system. Some people find it helps to improve sleep.

My work in the NHS in a mental health team has helped me to understand a holistic approach to mental health is fundamental and I am particularly interested in the link between mind and body and how trauma and stress can manifest in the body.

I am a registered member of the Massage Training Institute (MTI). And The Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC).

I have a degree in Social Work and a Masters in Perinatal, child and adolescent and family work.
