I am a level 4 MTI accredited, BCMB trained professional massage therapist working from treatment rooms in Keynsham and Bristol and offer a mobile service too. Be it physical strain, mental drain or an energy dip, I offer a nourishing, restorative and supportive holistic massage guided by your needs and intuitive touch. Our sessions will include a full consultation to capture a picture of the whole you whereby we'll work together to cater the massage to your needs that day. The session might include traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue, stretches, percussion and mobilisation, side-lying, energy work, abdominal, lymph drainage breath work.
