I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works and over the years I became more aware of the importance of maintaining good mental health and of the inseparable and indisputable connection between mind and body. We know what we should do for optimum health – good diet, exercise, sleep well, less stress.. often easier said than done! But holism – treating the whole person (physical, mental, physiological, social) has always resonated with me. I graduated in holistic massage from Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork in 2014 and subsequently trained with the International Institute of Reflexology. Having spent five years at Bristol Massage Therapy, a centre of excellence for massage, I now run my own massage and reflexology clinic and provide excellent, bespoke therapies from my treatment room in Clifton, Bristol.

You may be busy, frazzled, tired, anxious, depressed, in pain, in need of calm, energising or 'me' time and in general need of a release of physical or mention tension. Maybe you're active or sporty with tired and achy muscles that need soothing or reviving. Perhaps you have pain and discomfort, or are looking to increase your mobility. It could be a combination of these.

As a complementary therapist, I’ve discovered how massage promotes health and wellbeing with techniques that can relax, nurture, pamper, invigorate, repair, restore, revive, revitalise and rebalance– while having positive and beneficial effects on all body systems. If I ever need reminding why I do what I do, it’s seeing the difference in how clients feel after a treatment and receiving such positive feedback.
