Holistic and Therapeutic massage therapy is an individual treatment where we look at the person as a whole. You are not simply a sore shoulder or back, but a whole person with many aspects. I will also take into account your emotional wellbeing, as well as your physical body

My aim is to support and facilitate you to lead a less stressful and pain free life.

I am a qualified Holistic and Therapeutic Massage Therapist. I completed my training with the Meridian School of Massage and Bodywork, which is accredited by the Massage Training Institute (MTI) and the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT). The main focus of my training is that everything you do is for the benefit of the client.

My background is in Management and Business Administration but I found myself getting more and more interested in Holistic Therapies and wellbeing, believing that they have the ability to help change people's lives. I have also played many sports including Tennis, Hockey and Rugby, so know how all the aches and pains work!
