Diane Rodgers

Diane is originally from the west of Ireland and moved to Bristol in 2013. Having always had an interest in health and well-being she has been exploring this on a personal level in many ways over the last 15 years. Following her interest, she has done introductory courses in Thai and Ayurvedic massage, both of which developed her curiosity to study massage in more detail. Since being in Bristol she has done further studies in massage, completing level 4 training in Holistic Massage at Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork, considered one of the most reputable and innovative massage colleges in the UK. Diane has done reiki training and various meditation and healing retreats in the past, all of which have helped her on her own healing journey to now feel in a place to help others in a therapeutic way.

"I love to be in nature and find that this always helps me to relax and slow down. I try to bring this feeling of relaxation to my clients by creating a space for them to have down time to rest, repair and to reconnect with their bodies. I work intuitively using a wide variety of techniques ranging from gentle flowing touch to slow deep pressure and work with the person to choose what feels right for their individual needs on the day. I find giving massage also makes me feel relaxed and centred and I enjoy sharing this experience."
