I have always been interested in how the body works and moves. I have witnessed first hand the benefits of treatment and regular massage.

That is why I chose to be a massage therapist.

I began my career as a dancer, studying contemporary dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, until I had to give up the dream of becoming a professional dancer due to injury. I retrained as a theatre designer and later as an arts manager. I have worked in the dance sector for many years co-founding two dance companies along the way.

I am a cyclist and keen hill walker. I have two dogs and two children. I am married to a musician.

My practice is based at my home in Hotwells, close to the city centre. There is a small free car park nearby so parking is no problem. If you cycle, you are welcome to bring your bike into the house. The dogs are very friendly and will probably bark when you ring the door bell. If you don’t like dogs please let me know in advance and I will make sure they are out of the house when you arrive.

I am a graduate of the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork, the leading massage training college in the South West . I am a member of the Massage Training Institute.
