I offer therapeutic, well-being and remedial massage and reflexology for women. I have a dedicated, tranquil home treatment room in central Abergavenny. I am trained in holistic, remedial and sports massage, (Level 5), hot stones massage, Thai foot massage and aromatherapy. I am also a fully qualified reflexologist and a member of the Assiciation of Reglexologists (MAR). I have a special interest in working with women of all ages to help them to live more comfortably in their mind and body. I offer a therapeutic service which includes after care advice and advice between appointments, such as postural advice, stretching exercises and tips for relaxation. I am happy to be able to offer my clients a range of therapy options, working in harmony with their needs and assisting with long term and short term issues.
