Building up your first client base

The first step is always the hardest - how do you go from new practitioner to a full appointment book? How do you attract the clients who are right for you and build up a sustainable client base?

Jenny Hampton has been practising massage for 13 years, has set up 2 successful clinics, first in Bristol then in Whitchurch north Shropshire, starting from zero when she moved 5 years ago, and then again after Covid. In this workshop she will share tips, approaches and mindset for building up a client base, including practitioner self-care. You will leave with 3 actionable steps for bringing in more clients and hopefully have some fun along the way! The workshop will include a talk, Q&A and breakout discussion groups.

Jenny is an MTI-qualified holistic massage therapist and tutor. She has a thriving clinic and training centre in Whitchurch, and is completing teaching her first diploma course at the end of this year. She will offer practitioner CPD from 2024.
