Have you ever thought about working with acupressure in your practice?

In this session we will talk through acupoints, their applications, and how to get the most out of them.  We will also discuss the benefits of working the meridian pathways.

We will then take a bit of a deeper dive into the complexity of the associations linked to points and see that they are not just buttons linked to conditions. 

Heidi will give us some tips on working the points and about touch sensation.  We’ll learn how we can use them to tune in and be present with our clients, and as an access to calming the nervous system. 

Heidi says ‘Having been a body worker for 30 years with 20 years teaching Shiatsu, my fascination now is how we can use the TCM systems for restorative touch that is so needed in today’s society’.
