MFR for chronic conditions - rehab and prehab with Craig Foden

MFR for chronic conditions

This workshop will include a brief insight into the up-to-date Fascial Anatomical Science, how this informs our practical Clinical techniques utilising John F Barnes Myofascial Release and how a Trauma & Fascia informed approach considering Biotensegrity is relevant in both the rehab & prehab of chronic conditions. Craig, at On the Spot training, works with Sally Morris, MTI tutor, John Barnes mfr expert practitioner and study group leader for the UK, to deliver mfr cpd courses that enable students to begin confidently integrating mfr into their massage treatments, to support clients in reducing pain from both acute and chronic conditions. Craig will also share how self mfr aftercare differs from other rehab & prehab approaches!

This a practical workshop so, what to wear - for everyone, comfortable & loose fitting shorts, not leggings or lycra lined. For Women, a close fitting cropped vest top or bikini style top - Sports Bras are usually too tight fitting/restrictive etc.
