Lizzie Hyde

I work out of my studio Faelt in Birmingham offering holistic massage, lomi lomi and pregnancy massage. I also offer yoga and other body and creative practices. I offer treatments that blend therapeutic technique with a deep respect for the body’s own intelligence.

My personal background spans art, design, engineering, somatic practice and bodywork and combine both a highly technical understanding of the body as one coming from embodied experience of body practices and deep work.

Whether you come with pain, overwhelm, curiosity or simply the wish to rest, sessions are always collaborative, responsive and grounded in safety.

I especially enjoy working with neurodiverse people, creatives, and those who might be nervous about touch and massage.
