About the School

The Unity Studio is a beautiful space dedicated to yoga, dance, bodywork and healing. Unity hosts a variety of workshops, groups and gatherings, and is proud to offer a number of renowned professional training diplomas in Yoga, Partner Yoga, Massage, Anatomy and Physiology and Reiki.

About the Tutor

Sevanti is the Founder and Director of the Unity Studio & School of Yoga, Dance & Bodywork.

The essence of Sevanti’s work is sacred, while remaining down to earth and available to everyone. She teaches with humility, acceptance and an open mind.

Sevanti has been teaching massage for nearly 15 years, sharing various disciplines of bodywork.

She has a background in dance, yoga and Reiki, the essence of which is woven into her teaching.

Massage Taster Workshops

This is a great introduction for anyone thinking about a career in massage, or for those who want to learn skills to share with family and friends. These fun and informative days give students a chance to try their hand at practising massage and are suitable for all levels. Complete beginners welcome!

Holistic Massage Diploma

**Next course starts October 2020** Unity Holistic Massage Diploma has been running yearly since 2002. Over nine months, students are taken on a practical and theoretical journey through oil-based massage. The main emphasis of this diploma is to highlight the wellbeing of the practitioner, in addition to learning about the powerful medium of touch.

Various related massage techniques (including Thai and other types of acupressure, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Deep Tissue, Joint Mobility, Reiki, Ritual, Crystal Therapy and much more) are included as workshops, to develop technique and open the awareness to other areas of interest.

Once the diploma is completed, the student will be accredited as a professional holistic massage practitioner by MTI. This diploma aims to be explorative, awakening, inspiring, and above all fun!
