About the School

Courses at the School of Holistic Therapy offer students the skills, experience, and knowledge needed to practise as a confident, effective therapist. Unlike many colleges, it creates a space for students to grow and change as they learn to work on a deep level. The tutors put their hearts into the courses because, as therapists themselves, they love the work they do.

About the Tutor

Simonetta Logan (right) has been in clinical practice as a holistic massage therapist and bodyworker since 1993.

Her teaching is informed by her knowledge and experience of the many people she has had the privilege of working with over the years.

Holistic Massage Diploma

The Diploma is taught in such a way that students learn to work intuitively, with a listening touch. This ensures that by the end of the course, their massage perfectly suits a client's needs.

A solid grounding in physiology, anatomy, and pathology underpins the coursework so that students understand the benefits of massage and the reasons for contra-indications. This is the part of the course that can seem intimidating. The tutors use games, quizzes, drawing and role play to help make the process fun and inviting.
