Join experienced tutors Jocelyn Turner and Jenny Hampton for an informative and practical session exploring the relationship between body posture and massage.

Discover how a massage therapist’s posture can affect the body, and learn approaches to safe and effective massage, with a focus on good practice, body awareness and working safely.

A great opportunity to learn, develop your skills and deepen your understanding of the body.

We’ll spend the morning exploring safe massage. After lunch there will be an opportunity to put in to practice the skills you have learned with a massage swap.

Please bring along:

• Massage table linens for your own use
• Any bolster/pillows you’d require
• notepad and pen
• your own lunch
