Alisha O’Sullivan

I am a passionate and highly qualified Complementary Healthcare Practitioner with a BSc (Hons) in Complementary Healthcare with Practitioner Status, and a Master’s degree in Health Research.

Based in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, I am the founder of Siam Holistic Therapy, where I provide personalised, evidence-informed complementary healthcare with a particular interest in women’s health, nervous system regulation, stress and anxiety, sleep, muscular tension, and overall wellbeing.

My practice incorporates a range of holistic and advanced therapeutic approaches, including Holistic and Remedial Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Clinical Aromatherapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology Massage, and Reiki.

My approach brings together professional training, health research, therapeutic touch, and person-centred care. I recognise that every client is different, so each treatment is carefully tailored to their individual health needs, lifestyle, and wellbeing goals.

I am particularly passionate about supporting women through different stages of life, including hormonal changes, perimenopause and menopause, as well as helping clients experiencing stress, tension, fatigue, and difficulty relaxing or sleeping.

My aim is to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard and cared for, while combining the principles of holistic healthcare with evidence-informed practice to support balance, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
