Lisa Messina

I trained in New York at the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences and received an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies (Massge Therapy) in 2008.  I had extensive training in both Eastern & Western modalities.  I successfully built my private practice over the years while also working full time at a long-standing massage studio in Manhattan.  My particular specialties are: deep tissue, pre/post natal, medical, Swedish and sports massage as well as massage for migraines.  I am now based south Manchester. I offer sessions in 60-75-90 minutes and every massage is specific to you and your needs. My work if specific, thorough and tailored to you.
