Lucy Teed

Lucy has been working as a Massage Therapist in Colchester since 2014, after completing her level 4 MTI training with The Quantum Metta School of Massage in London. She is trained in a range of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, passive joint mobilisation, trigger point release and light hand holds. Each treatment is tailored in response to the physical, mental and emotional needs of the individual. Her background as a contemporary dancer, along with many years practicing hatha yoga, mindfulness and loving kindness meditation, all have a strong influence on her work as a massage therapist. With an intuitive and sensitive approach, guided by principles of awareness and quality of touch, Lucy aims to provide her clients with a safe, nurturing and compassionate space for healing and restoration. The holistic approach aims to restore balance within the body and mind; taking into account the person's whole being and not just their physical symptoms or ailments.
Lucy is currently available for bookings on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays at The Tree Room, Yoga and Holistic Centre in Colchester Town Centre.

Pregnancy Massage is also available.

Treatment lengths range from 30 minutes - 2 hours and prices range from £37 - £76.
