I've always been fascinated by the depth of the connection between our physical, emotional and spiritual health. So in 2017, after nearly 30 years working in fundraising and development in the charitable sector, I followed this interest to train with the Massage Training Institute on their intensive year-long Level 4 Holistic Massage Diploma at Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork. I'm also now part of the teaching team, sharing my love of the powerful benefits of massage with like-minded people.

I continue to learn with additional qualifications, advanced workshops and continual professional development in related holistic techniques enabling me to keep up to date with current good practice in the sector. I'm also polyvagal (trauma) informed and a demtnai informed therapist.

I now practice in my own lovely place of peace, away from the stresses and stressors, in a quiet corner of North Somerset.
